It's a noun. The verb form is "invent."

The opposite of "obsolete" is "modern" or "up-to-date."

When you write a story you need to think about:

Use will or be going to to make predictions about the future.

We also use will when we decide to do something at the time we're speaking, such as for offers or promises.
We don't have any milk. I'll get some from the store.
Will versus Be Going To: Use be going to to express a plan that is already made or decided. Use will to express uncertainty, often with maybe or probably.
What are your vacation plans? I'm going to spend a month in Abha. Maybe I'll go to Abha.

Future Progressive المستقبل المستمر
Use the future progressive (will + be + present participle) for continuous actions in the future. Or use be going to + be + present participle.

Present Progressive for the Future: We can also use the present progressive tense to talk about arrangements and scheduled events in the future.
Q: When are they flying to Dubai? A: They're flying to Dubai tonight.
Q: When is Omar leaving for Riyadh? A: He's flying at 9 o'clock in the morning.
Time Expressions for the Future
Q: What are you going to do tomorrow? A: I'm going to visit the museum.
Q: Will she go on the school trip next week? A: Yes, she will.
Make and Respond to Suggestions الاقتراح والرد عليه
To make suggestions we can use: Let's.../ How about...? / Why don't we/you...?

Information Questions & Tag Questions أسئلة المعلومات وأسئلة التذييل
Q: What are you going to do in the summer? A: I'll probably travel.
Q: How will you get there? A: Maybe I'll drive.
Note: We often use will with probably or maybe to express doubt or uncertainty.
We often use tag questions to check information. We use an auxiliary verb and a subject personal pronoun. With an affirmative sentence, use a negative tag. With a negative sentence, use an affirmative tag.
